Europa opened in 2011 with a simple, stubborn idea: beauty appointments should feel like visiting a friend who happens to be very, very good at what they do. No upsells. No products pushed at the till. No hovering, no clock watching, no clinical fluorescence.

The first clients came from three streets over. They brought their sisters. Their mothers. Their brides. Over the years the menu grew, slowly and only when someone asked for it — first waxing, then facials, then henna, then the long bridal seasons that turn our spring into a blur of rose water, lace and laughter.

That single sentence has shaped every decision we've made — the unhurried timing, the softness of the room, the tea we still pour on cold days. We know your name when you walk in. We remember which wax you can tolerate, and which side of your brow arches higher. These small things are the whole point.
